1.What is the average price of your knives?
My knives range from $250 to $1500 depending on the style of knife and the materials used.

2. Do you prefer to make a particular style of knife?
I prefer "folders", particularly locking liner folders. I have been making them exclusively for almost 20 years with an occasional straight knife. I am not limited to what I will do, I just prefer making the locking liner folders.

3. What is your favorite handle material?
I love pearl. Black lip is so hard to find anymore, but it makes a knife stand out. Stag has always been one of my favorites. I like a lot of them for a lot of different reasons.

4. Do you prefer Damascus or Stainless Steel blades?
I like both for different reasons and on different knives. Nothing beats a mirror finish on Stainless for eye catching appeal, but at the same time an intricate pattern Damascus blade can do the same. It's like apples and oranges - I eat both!

5. Are your knives 100% handmade? If not, what isn't?
The only thing that I do not make are the screws. The pivot pin, stop pin, etc, are turned down by hand and made for that particular knife. All of my parts are cut out by me and my son, in the shop in my backyard.
